How do I change from Celsius to Fahrenheit?

Out of the box, Mysa will display the temperature in Celsius. However, this can be changed. If you click on Accounts in the Mysa App, you can change the temperature format or select the device and click the top right-set icon.

Yes, the faceplate for Mysa can be locked from only the App to prevent individuals from adjusting the temperature manually!

Can I set a maximum and minimum temperature for my thermostat?

We have implemented the ability to set a minimum and maximum temperature in the App, which cannot be exceeded manually on the thermostat face. This is an excellent feature if you are a landlord and you want to control the temperatures that your tenants set. You can also save energy and money by limiting the heat that is used. 

How do I turn off the display or adjust the brightness of the thermostat?

To turn off the display you must change the inactive brightness to 0% in the settings screen of the Mysa App. This will turn off the display until it's touched, at that time it will return to the active brightness level. You can adjust the brightness by increasing or decreasing the percentages.

Can I set my temperature to half degrees?

If you are using the Celsius scale then yes; it is only displayed in the App, it will display as the nearest whole number on the thermostat itself.  However, if you're using Fahrenheit this is not possible. 

Which type of heater should I select in the Mysa app?

There are three types of heater that you can select in the Mysa app.

Please note that 'Radiant' control will only appear on Mysa's running Firmware 1.4.2 or newer. If your thermostat is not on the latest Firmware it should update about three hours after installation.
